MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU
Abstract
This study aimed to get an overview of Human Resource Development Management
at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cordova Samarinda, include: planning, organizing, actuating,
and controlling of human resources development program. This study uses a case study with
a qualitative approach. The data collected in this study through participation observation
techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) planning of
human resources development program (teacher) is done at the beginning of the new school
year through workshops. Teacher development strategy using a “make-approach”, namely
education and training. (2) Organizing the HRD program (teacher) by forming committees
and the division of tasks and responsibilities for the implementation of the program. (3)
Actuating of human resources development program (teacher) had been done accordance
with the plan, and (4) controlling the implementation of human resources development
program (teacher) conducted by the school principal together with the foundation directly or
indirectly through the executive committee activity reports
