dc.description.abstractThis study aims to test and analyze Leader Humility and Trust and Organizational Commitment to Quality Management of Education in Samarinda City. Primary data collection was carried out by giving a questionnaire to 85 samples of respondents. The data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that: Trust has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, Trust has a positive but insignificant effect on Quality Management, and Organizational Commitment has a positive but insignificant effect on Quality Management of Education in Samarinda City.en_US
