The process of producing fuel from coal produces coal fly ash (ATB) waste which has a negative impact on the environment and health. Each tonne of coal produced will produce a FABA of around 15% - 17%, consisting of 80-90% ATB and around 10-20% is a solid pollutant from the total ash produced, in large quantities dumped into the field will cause degradation and contamination of soil and groundwater so that it has an impact on soil health and land productivity, because it contains heavy metals, besides containing heavy metals, fly ash also contains minerals such as Ca, Mg, Na, K, N, P, Fe, Zn, Mn, and Cu which are essential nutrients needed by plants to support soil fertility, so this study examines the potential use of ATB for P availability as well as growth and production plants based on previous research with the literature method. This research uses secondary data through literature study, which collects information from scientific sources such as scientific journals, theses, scientific publications, regulations related to research topics, expert opinions, as well as various experimental studies. The results of this study ATB can reduce the application of ATB to acidic soils can increase soil pH from 4.0 to 5.55, which is a tolerable level for plant growth. ATB when combined with Oil Palm Empty Compost (KTKKS), cow manure, chicken manure, can increase Available P. An ATB application of around 20% to 25% can increase plant growth and production, but applications above 25% can have a negative effect on plants.en_US
