Peningkatan Protein dan Lemak Ikan Nila Jantan (Orechromis niloticus) Setelah Diberi Pakan Buatan Dengan Tambahan (Azolla microphylla)

Abstract

This studied aimed to analyzae of protein and fat retention of Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with addition the artificial feed and Azolla microphylla. This Studied used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely; P1: (Pellets 3%); P2: (Pellets 4%); P3: Pellets 3% + Azolla (ad libitum); P4: Pellets 4% + Azolla (ad libitum). The resulted of this research was showed that the addition of artificial feed 4% gives the better protein retention and fat retention from the others treatment.
