dc.description.abstractPerformanceofmanagementincooperativesiscrucialinordertoimproveprosperity.Performancemanagementisnotonlymeasuredbythesuccessofthebusinessbutalsotheabilitytoimprovethewelfareofmembers.Performanceasaresultofbusinessactivitydoesnotstandalonebutbyseveralfactors.Qualitiesofmanagement,memberparticipation,supportemployees,theenvironmentareexamplesoffactorsthataffect theperformanceandsuccessofcooperatives.Thefailureofcooperativesoftenoccurduetothequalityofmanagementisweak,theparticipationofmembersless,supportemployeeswhoareweakandenvironmentallycounter-productive.Therefore,there needstobeasynergybetweenthevariousfactorsthatincreasetheperformanceofthe cooperativeboard.en_US
