Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Nonfisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Samarinda Square
Abstract
Job Satisfaction and Non-physical Work Environment are important for companies that want to improve the performance of employees and companies. PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk Samarinda is a department store of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk in East Kalimantan, in Samarinda, which was founded in 2010 and has 85 employees. Based on the data obtained by the researcher, it is known that many employees come late to work which results in employee performance.
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Samarinda Square. Job Satisfaction (X1) and Non-physical Work Environment (X2) are used as independent variables while Employee Performance (Y) is the dependent variable. The type of research used is a quantitative research method with a survey research design. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression technique using SPSS version 22. The population in the study were all employees, amounting to 85 employees and sampling using the saturated sampling method totaling 85 respondents.
The results showed that the variables of job satisfaction and non-physical work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. The results also show that the variable of job satisfaction and non- physical work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Job Satisfaction Variable (X1) is a variable that has a dominant influence in this study.
PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Samarinda Square provides work facilities such as better rest rooms and pays more attention to wages and work guarantees so that employees are more motivated at work.
