Abstract
This study has entitled the effect of service quality, price, and consumer trust on the decision to use Gengstore Hp Service. This service center was established in 2015. The impact of increasing business competition in 2021, revenue at the Hp Gengstore service center has decreased drastically, namely 80%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Consumer Trust on the Decision to Use Gengstore Hp Service
This type of research conducted by researchers is a quantitative method. The data obtained by researchers comes from primary data and secondary data using direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The number of samples used is 100 respondents, and the tool for measuring data uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. And the data obtained were analyzed using the help of statistical software SPSS version 25.
The results of the research that the authors obtained show that most consumers are based on Samarinda domiciles 90% and outside domiciles 10%. The data in the research are all declared valid and reliable. The results of the multiple regression equation are Y = 0.241 +0.335 +0.406 +0.152. The results of the t-test (partial) show that each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of the f (simultaneous) test show that Service Quality, Price, and Consumer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Gengstore Hp Service
