dc.description.abstractMarketing Strategy to Increase the Number of Tourist Visits at Salma Shofa Park in Samarinda City which is supervised by Mr. Faries Althalets, S.Par., MM. and Mr. Muhammad Tommy Fimi Putra, SE., M.Si Samarinda has a leading tourist destination, namely ‘Salma Shofa Park’ which is located on Jl. Area Head of Mugirejo Village. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy carried out by the manager of Salma Shofa Park. Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the marketing strategy carried out by the manager of Salma Shofa Park. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative with key informants (key informants) and supporting informants (informants). Source of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. The main finding of this study is that Salma Shofa Park has been successful in implementing the 4P strategy, but there is still a lot of work to be done to continue to increase the number of visitors. Suggestions to increase tourist visits, managers are expected to carry out promotions not only focusing on social media, but also maintaining security and cleanliness in the Salma Shofa Park environment, adding sliding rides that can be enjoyed by everyone.en_US
