dc.description.abstractYunita Mustika Sari: The Influence Between Stress And Work Motivation Against The Employees Performance At CV Sinar Utama Yamaha Samarinda (under the guidance of Supervisor I Mr. Arwin Sanjaya and Supervisor II Mrs. Ana Noor Andriana). This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at CV Sinar Utama Yamaha Samarinda. This type of research is quantitative with the sampling technique is Total Sampling A total of 80 respondents. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used product moment correlation, multiple linear regression, t test, f test and determination test (R Square) and dominant test. The results of this study indicate that work stress has no significant effect on employee performance (p value = 0.254), the work motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance (p value = 0.035). Independent variables simultaneously affect employee performance (p value = 0.049). Work stress (X1), work motivation (X2) have an effect of 7.5% on employee performance while the remaining 92.5% is influenced by other variables outside the research discussion.en_US
