dc.description.abstractSEPRI FRISKAYANTI, “The Influence of Occupational Safety and Health on Work Productivity of Production Department Employees at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Samarinda”. Under the guidance of Mrs. Tuti Wediawati, S.Sos., M.Si as supervisor 1 and Mrs. Dian Dwi Rahmah, S.Psi., M. Psi Psychologist as supervisor 2. The purpose of this study was to examine which of the occupational safety and health variables had the most significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the production department at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Samarinda. The type of research used is quantitative research with the number of respondents as many as 82 people. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, namely Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2), as well as the dependent variable, namely employee productivity (Y). The results of data processing obtained the results of the regression equation is Y = 0.497 + 0.376 X1 + 0.484 X2. The data collection technique is based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires and includes documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, books and texts related to the variables to be studied. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) obtained Fcount 39.831 with Ftable 3.112 which shows that occupational safety and health together have a significant effect on employee productivity. The results of partial hypothesis testing (T test) indicate that occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the production department at PT. East Kalimantan Diamond Samarinda. For the results of hypothesis testing, it is dominantly obtained that the occupational health variable (X2) has the highest standardized regression coefficient value of 0.435 while occupational safety is 0.367 which means that the occupational health variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee work productivity.en_US
