Abstract
Pidada (Soneratia alba) is a coastal plant that contained of active compounds such as alkaloid, fenol, tannin, flavonoid and saponin. Besides being antibacterial, this compound also have the ability to act as natural pesticides. The aimed of this research were to analysed the survival rate, growth and health of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) caused of exposed of pidada leaf solution. This research was conducted at Laboratory of Aquatic Toxicology, Fisheries and Marine Science Faculty, Mulawarman University, on February – April 2020. The experimental design was used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and three replicated. The treatment were consist of control (without solution), P1 (22.54 mg.l 1 concentration), P2 (34.46 mg.l-1 concentration), P3 (52.48 mg.l-1 concentration) and P4 (64.7 mg.l 1 concentration). Analysis of variance has been used with a confidence level 95%. Result of this research showed that the highest of survival rate of Nile tilapia resulted from control of 100% and the lowest by treatment P4 (64.7 mg.l-1 concentration) was 79.17 %. The highest of weight growth and daily growth rate resulted by P2 (34.46 mg.l-1 concentration) of 43.33 gram and 0.96 gram/day, respectively. The lowest of Weight growth and daily growth rate resulted by control were 28.22 gram and 0.63 gram/day, respectively. Growth of length was 4.13 cm resulted by P1 (22.54 mg.l-1 concentration) and the lowest by control was 3.33 cm. The best Food conversion ratio showed of P3 (52.48 mg.l-1 Key words : pidada (Soneratia alba), survival rate, growth, healthy, Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) concentration) was 1.02 compared with control with 1.71 value, but Nutrition Coefficient Value (NVC) all treatments were healthy categories with average of NVC value > 1.7
