PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN UNIT KREDIT PADA PT. BANKALTIMTARA CABANG BALIKPAPAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational culture on
the performance of credit unit employees at PT. Bankaltimtara Balikpapan Branch. The
sample in the study amounted to 40 people who are employees of the credit unit at PT.
Bankaltimtara Balikpapan Branch. Sampling used in this study using saturated sampling.
The type of research used is quantitative. Sources of data obtained using primary and
secondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The analysis was carried out
using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. The
results of this study indicate: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on
Employee Performance in the Credit Unit at PT. Bankaltimtara Balikpapan Branch, (2)
Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance
of the Credit Unit at PT. Bankaltimtara Balikpapan Branch.
