dc.description.abstractThe high labor force participation and unemployment rates in Indonesia demonstrate that finding a job today is extremely difficult. (Budidarma & Rukmini, 2015) obtained the findings of an analysis on the effect of job interview test training and soft skills. The data show that the participants' mindset has shifted. This training aims to provide an understanding of proper interview techniques and the significance of soft skills in shaping personal branding. The method of carrying out training activities consists of stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training was practical in terms of increasing the participants' knowledge. It is proven that with the participation rate of participants and increased understanding by 76.9 %, measured by pre-test and post-test. Participants are provided with work preparation to be accepted by the desired company, including techniques for conducting job interviews, answering Human Resources Development (HRD) questions, body language during job interviews, and other preparations.en_US
