dc.description.abstract | Seagrass beds are a wealth of marine resources, one of which contained ecosystems in coastal area, can be
used as feed material and traditional medicine. Hence this study is to identify the components of nutrients
(carbohydrates, fats, proteins, water and ash) on seagrass species in the waters Enhalus Enhalus Segajah
Sapa Island, Bontang based on the results of the proximate analysis. The method used in this research is
descriptive method kuantitafif. The density at each station will be counted to determine levels of the nutrients
contained in the three stations using Proximate Analysis. The analysis of seagrass Enhalus acoroides result:
Water 32.1%, Ash 33.56%, protein 4.8%, 0.20% Fat, Carbohydrates 29.34%. From these results, the
nutritional content is still relatively low. | en_US |
