Pemanfaatan Limbah Sayur Kubis Dan Ampas Tahu Untuk Ransum Pakan Ikan Lele Mutiara (Clarias gariepinus)

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the utilization of cabbage vegetable waste and tofu dregs for mutiara catfish (Clarias gariepinus) feed ration and feed efficiency given to mutiara catfish (Clarias gariepinus). The research carried out on the road of Lempake, North Samarinda. This research uses 2 treatments, first treatment of mutiara catfish given the artificial feed plant brand Hi Pro Vite 781 specifically to consist mainly of vegetable waste cabbage, tofu pulp, unique and Bran. Maintenance of fish using the body of a 2x1 m2 tarpaulin as much as 2 (two). The analysis of the catfish data and the treatment of both mutiara catfish were fed an artificial feed that ingredients using test-t student two free samples (not paired). The results of the analysis showed that factory artificial feed does not provide a distinct effect with artificial feed to absolute length growth, absolute weight formation, specific growth rate and feed efficiency. Artificial feed can replace artificial feed factory.
