This study aims to determine the LC50-96 hour value of detergents in carp (Cyprinus carpio L) seeds and analyze the histopathological changes due to detergent exposure. This research was conducted using 5 treatments and 3 replications with detergent concentration of 0 mg / l (control); 15.5 mg / l; 24 mg / l; 37 mg / l; 56 mg / l; and 65 mg / l. Data were analyzed using probit analysis. Toxicity test results showed an LC50 of 33.07 mg / l. The results obtained from this study showed several changes in the gills such as odema, hyperplasia, fusion of secondary lamellae, hemorrhage, aneurysm, congestion, necrosis, and picnosis. While changes in the kidneys are odema, hemorrhage, bowman space widened, necrosis, congestion, and hypertrophy.en_US
