dc.description.abstractThe Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace policy is a women's empowerment policy carried out by the Japanese government to absorb female workers in society who hold patriarchal cultural values and have a man-oriented work culture (Man-oriented). This raises thequestion of how the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace can empower Japanese women to absorb the working force in industrial sector.Using the Political System Theory, the author analyzes that Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace aimed private industrial sector to make action plan based on Japanese government guidelines to increase more women as workers in Japanese cooperation based on the influence of patriarchal and working culture in Japanen_US
