This study aims to the relationship between fecundity and length with body weight of giant prawns originating from the Segah Berau River. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, namely a linear relationship between two or more independent variables (X1, X2,… .Xn) and the dependent variable (Y). This analysis is to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable whether each independent variable has a positive or negative relationship and to predict the value of the dependent variable if the value of the independent variable has increased or decreased. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between body weight and body length of female giant prawns laying eggs and the number of eggs (fecundity) they carried. Body weight has a stronger correlation to the number of eggs compared to body length and carapace length. The number of female giant prawn eggs laying can be predicted from body weight and body length through the regression equation Y = 1013.99 X1 - 191.96 X2 + 9196.99.en_US
