dc.description.abstractPalm sugar produce is still mainly done by small scale industry and not seriously manage yet. In the last three years, sugar consumption in Indonesia calculated as white sugar, is always higher than the production and predicted of about 700,000-800,000 tonnes per year, because of the industry consumption.
