PENATAAN KELURAHAN DI KOTA SAMARINDA (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN LOA JANAN ILIR, PALARAN DAN SAMARINDA SEBERANG)

Abstract

Development disparity between districts needs more attention from the Samarinda City Government. This can be seen from the uneven distribution of the population between urban areas. Structuring or formation of new urban villages needs to be done to bring the government closer to the community, to cut bureaucracy that is too long, and to optimize public services. This study aims to determine whether the Districts of Palaran, Samarinda Seberang, and Loa Janan Ilir have met the requirements for urban village planning. This study was conducted by collecting field data in accordance with the administrative requirements specified in the regulation. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the regional spatial planning in Palaran Subdistrict, Samarinda Seberang Subdistrict and Loa Janan Ilir Subdistrict, in general, have fulfilled the specified requirements, however, there are some requirements that do not meet the requirements especially in the area indicator.
