| Abstract: | Performanceofmanagementincooperativesiscrucialinordertoimproveprosperity.Performancemanagementisnotonlymeasuredbythesuccessofthebusinessbutalsotheabilitytoimprovethewelfareofmembers.Performanceasaresultofbusinessactivitydoesnotstandalonebutbyseveralfactors.Qualitiesofmanagement,memberparticipation,supportemployees,theenvironmentareexamplesoffactorsthataffect theperformanceandsuccessofcooperatives.Thefailureofcooperativesoftenoccurduetothequalityofmanagementisweak,theparticipationofmembersless,supportemployeeswhoareweakandenvironmentallycounter-productive.Therefore,there needstobeasynergybetweenthevariousfactorsthatincreasetheperformanceofthe cooperativeboard. |
