Penambahan Vitamin B Kompleks Dalam Pakan Terhadap Kelangsungan Hidup Dan Pertumbuhan Ikan Komet (Carassius auratus)

Abstract

The aimed of this research were to analyze effect of Vitamin B Complex in feed rations to survival and growth of comet goldfish (Carassius auratus). The completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and three replicated were used at this study. The tested compositions of vitamin B Complex were 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 mg/kg in feed. The ANOVA test showed that the differences doses of vitamin B Complex do not significant effect on survival rate, total length growth, standard length growth, absolute weight growth, daily growth rate and specific growth rate of comet goldfish (P>0.05). The results showed that the survival rate ranged from 94.7%-97.3%, the standard length growth ranged from 0.56-0.66 cm, total length growth ranged from 0.80-0.90 cm, absolute weight growth ranged from 0.189-0.212 g, the daily growth rate ranged from 0.0063-0.0071 g/day, and the specific growth rate ranged from 2.73-4.10%/day.
