Mobile Networks for Mobile Learning Tools

Abstract

Before mobile learning is implemented, network availability factors become one of the key tools that should be provided. Another factor is mobile learning software that must be specifically designed, in accordance with the network performance capabilities that are available. This paper measures the availability of network and service quality for the application of mobile learning tools of the data structure course. Then, the measurement results become the benchmark in the design and development of online learning software. Data usage, material content, access speed and streaming of learning content into a review of the discussion.
