dc.description.abstractThe Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Employee Performance of Rumah Ulin Arya Destination in Samarinda City. Supervisor by Fareis Althalets, S. Par, MM as supervisor I and Tuti Wediawati Noor, S.Sos., M.Si as supervisor II. This study aims to explain the effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Employee Performance of Rumah Ulin Arya Destination in Samarinda. This research was conducted at the Rumah Ulin Arya Destination in Samarinda. The sampling method uses the census method. The analysis technique in this study uses the Multiple Regression Linier (SPSS) Version 26 analysis method. The analysis shows that Leadership dan Organizational Culture simultaneoously had a positive influence on employee performance, Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performanceen_US
