Abstract: One effort that can be done by the company in improving the quality of the company in maintaining and improving quality is the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). The rationale for implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) is the best way to compete and excel in global competition by producing the best quality. To produce the best quality, efforts to continuously improve human capabilities, processes and the environment are needed continuously. This study aims to (1) analyze the application of product quality control procedures in accordance with the principles of Total Quality Management at PT. Sabina Tirta Utama in Samarinda (2) Knowing the factors that support and hinder the application of product quality control procedures that are in accordance with TQM principles at PT. Sabina Tirta Utama in Samarinda. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study state that the application of procedures in maintaining product quality has been implemented in accordance with the principles of TQM at PT. Sabina Tirta Utama in Samarinda, the supporting factors in the implementation are human resources and standardization, the inhibiting factors in the implementation are when the employees on duty (pH test, TDS, turbidity etc.) are not present and there is damage to machines and tools which stops production activities.
