This research was supervised by Mr. Adietya Arie Hitami S.Sos., M.AB as supervisor 1 and Mr. Mansyur, S.E., M.Si as supervisor 2. The purpose of this study is to determine the frequency of ordering economical raw materials and to find out the right time for companies to order raw materials. The research method uses quantitative research methods with the object being studied is Digital Custom Screen and Printing. The analytical tool in this study uses the EOQ (Economic Order Equity) method to determine the ideal quantity of raw material orders, and is assisted by ROP (ReOrder Point) to find out when is the right time to reorder. Data collection techniques using field research by observation and interviews and literature study. The results of this study conclude that using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method can determine the amount of raw materials that companies must order and with the ideal ordering time. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for the company to analyze and find out how much inventory is economical for the company so that it can reorder raw materials.
