Pengaruh Fasilitas Lokasi dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pengunaan Jasa Penyewaan Lapangan Sport Futsal Kota Tarakan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities, location and price on the decision to use futsal sports field rental services. There are three independent variables in this study, namely facilities (X1), location (X2), price (X3) and one dependent variable, namely the decision to use services (Y). The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents using the futsal sports field and data analysis using SPSS version 25 software The tests carried out in this study were validity test, reliability test, regression equation test, correlation coefficient test (r), coefficient of determination test (R2), normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous). ) and dominant test. The results in this study are that the Facility variable partially has a positive and significant effect, the Location variable partially has a positive and significant effect, and the Price variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Futsal Sport Field Rental Services. The results of the simultaneous test (F) show that the facilities, location and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Futsal Sport Field Rental Services. It is recommended that the owner of Sport Futsal can make clear signs so that consumers are not confused and comfortable playing in futsal there are shortcomings from Sport Futsal, namely there are no signs around the Sport Futsal area, this is evidenced by 100 respondents who were studied, 34 respondents stated that there were no signs around the Sport Futsal area and 6 stated that there were no signs around the futsal sport.
