| Abstract: | This study aims to investigate the relationship between the environmental awareness and waste-sorting intention among students at the faculty of social and political science, Mulawarman University. quantitative approach was used as the method in the study. Samples used in this study consisted of 98 students who were selected by simple random sampling technique. Waste-sorting intention scale and level taste of environmental awareness were used for data collection method. The collected data will be analyzed using the Jaspen' M correlation analysis. The results showed that there has positive significant relationship between the environmental awareness and waste-sorting intention among students at the faculty of social and political science, Mulawarman University, with a r value of 0.227 and r table of 0.195. |
| Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dengan intensi memilah sampah pada mahasiswa fakultas ilmu sosial dan ilmu politik universitas mulawarman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 98 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala intensi memilah sampah dan menggunakan metode tes pengetahuan lingkungan hidup. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan uji analisis korelasi Jaspen’M. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dengan intensi memilah sampah padamahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Samarinda dengan nilai r hitung 0.227 dan r table 0.195. |
