dc.description.abstractRecently, people have tendency to purchase goods from online stores. This study aims to determine the level of students trust in social media online stores. In this descriptive qualitative study, data and information gathered by interviewing 50 respondents from various departments in Universitas Negeri Malang. This research revealed that the level of students' trust in online stores on social media is very good, where 20 of them recommend online stores to others. The most purchased goods are clothing, 58% of respondents. This study also showed that 30 respondents used Instagram while 14 others used Facebook.en_US
