Abstract: | UPT Puskesmas Z is a community service institution that plays a role in providing health services to the community, especially tothe people of Bongan District which has been operating since 2017.UPT Puskesmas Z requires a feasibility study as one of the requirements to carry out development and to maximize operational activities. Based on this, this research examines the feasibility study of UPT Puskesmas Z which is based on Permenkes number 75 of 2014 concerning puskesmas. In addition to researching the feasibility study, this research also made a puskesmas design that meets the standards of a feasibility study designed in the same area as the UPT Puskesmas Z. In the design of thepuskesmas there are several changes and differences with the UPT Puskesmas Z, namely the addition of the number of rooms, the addition of the width of the room, the layout of the rooms and the addition of facilities. Based on the results of the feasibility study conducted at the UPT Puskesmas Z, it is known that the location aspect fulfills 6 out of 8 criteria and 2 criteria do not meet the eligibility standards, namely security facilities and parking facilities. In the building aspect, 4 out of 6 criteria are met and 2 criteria do not meet the eligibility standards, namely the number of spaces and symbols. In the aspect of facilities and infrastructure, 6 out of 10 criteria are met and 4 criteria do not meet the eligibility standards, namely communication systems, lighting systems, lightning protection systems, and fire protection systems. In the aspect of health equipment, it only fulfills 22% of the total standard for health equipment at the puskesmas. In the labor aspect, 7 out of 10 criteria and 3 criteria do not meet the eligibility standards, namely primary care doctors, dentists and nutrition workers. In the organizational aspect, it has met the feasibility study standard. |
