Citation: Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a heterogeneous group of malignant lymphomas that do not have the Reed-Sternberg giant cell features that characterize Hodgkin's disease. This tumor originates from B, T, and NK cells, which show clinical symptoms such as Hodgkin's disease. In some cases after treatment, NHL may relapse where the symptoms of NHL that should have disappeared after treatment reappear clinically. After undergoing chemotherapy, one third of NHL cases will reappear as relapse cases which will affect the mortality and quality of life of the patient. This study aims to determine the description of the recurrence of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma patients after chemotherapy at the Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital for the period 2017 - 2020. The design of this study used an observational analytic method with a cross sectional approach to medical record data in the Medical Record Section at Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda in 2016. 2017 – 2020. The results showed that there were 24 patients with NHL who experienced recurrence aged < 55; male sex as many as 21 patients (52.5%) and female 19 patients (47.5%); relapse period was <1 year in 30 patients (75%) and >1 year in 10 patients (25%). The results of the study concluded that there was no relationship between age and gender on the time of relapse after chemotherapy.
