This experiment aimed to assess the effectiveness of Bioimun® on survival, fish growth, and aquaculture water quality in the budikdamber system.A completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments and three replicates i.e; P1 (Control); P2 (Immersion with a dose of Bioimmune®100 ml / 3L); and P3 (Immersion with a dose of Bioimmune® 100 ml / 5L).Results of this experiment were seen on day 28 that the survival rate of tilapia P2 (87%) followed by P3 (70%) was relatively higher than P1 (67%). The absolute length growth at P3 (4.2 cm) followed by P2 (3.9 cm) was relatively higher than P1 (3.6 cm) and the absolute weight growth at P3 (15.64 g) followed by P2 (13.31 g) was relatively higher than P1 (12.80 g). Tilapia FCR (1.7) tended to be higher than P3 (1.4) followed by P2 (1.3). In water quality the temperature ranges from 21.6-29.7 ° C, DO ranges from 4.5-8.9 mg / L, pH ranges from 6.3-7.8 and TAN ranges from 0.7-2, 1 mg / L.The conclusion of this experiment showed that the survival rate and growth rate have no significant difference among treatments. The administration of Bioimmune®did not cause changes in water quality, however the water quality parameters during the study period were within the normal range for tilapia aquaculture.en_US
