HUBUNGAN PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KOPERASI DENGAN SISA HASIL USAHA PADA KOPERASI PEGAWAI NEGERI JUANDA DI SMA NEGERI 3 SAMARINDA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the participation of cooperative members with the remaining results of the Juanda Civil Servant Cooperative atSMA Negeri 3 Samarinda. This type of research is quantitative research using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Pearson's product moment correlation with the research population of 50 respondents who are members of the Juanda Civil Servant Cooperative, SMA Negeri 3 Samarinda. Based on the results of data analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.646417, interpreted to have a strong positive relationship and in consultation with the product moment r table, it is known that the r table value is 0.279 which indicates a significant positive relationship between member participation and the remaining operating results.
