Abstract: Masjid/mosque is important facilitate for muslim community, would be continue to access. Eco-Architecture Sultan Adji Muhammad Hasanuddin that built on 1700. This research would be explored the old eco architecture that support the sanitation facilitate The study showed the eco-architecture Hasanuddin Masjid Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara, East Kalimantan have good quality of sanitation with scor more than 75% sanitation standart for community facilitate. Masjid Keeping and cleaning supported the increasing score of the quality sanitation. With aplication program sanitation of Masjid will be supported by Government of Kutai Kertanegara Regency with empowering community surrounding masjid.
