Abstract: Location of the research are in sub distrit areas that are given dispatch cost subsidy for sending nine basic foodstuffs to the hinterland and the border areas of east kalimatan province. those areas are west kutai regency (long apari sub district, long pahangai sub distric, bentian besar sub district) and kutai kertanegara regency (Tabang sub bagun sub district and melak sub district.)
