ABSTRAC The activity of plantation development and palm oil development, besides affecting positive also negative the condition of social and economic social of culture. To lessen the negative impact require to be studied as a mean to get data of actual about condition of cultural and economic social of society, to get picture and in perspective about social dynamics of society culture and economics, and prey upon aspiration expanding in society relate to plan Development of Plantation and Development of Factory Palm Oil. Result of research indicate that level income perkapita in each village is good enough except Mendik Karya and Munggu villages range from Rp. 537.375,- s/d Rp. 895.625,- (impecunious). Resident of Muara Pias villages, Belimbing and of Munggu villages predominated by Pasir tribe, while the other villages are predominated by newcomer society (Transmigrant).
