balita di bawah usia 2 tahun, merupakan focus perhatian utama (World Heatth

| dc.description.abstract | 24.1 % underweight in Puskesmas Sei Kapih (Public Health Faculty and Puskesmas Kapih Sei ,
2011), which is larger than underweight of East Kalimantan (12.7 o/o) (Health Research, 2010).
Therefore, it needs to empower women to overcome nutritional problems of infants and toddlers in tut puskesmas, Objective of this research is to give interventions such as the establishment of a
toddler infant nutrition counsellor in Puskesmas Sei Kapih, that is the concept of community
empowerment-based problem-solving. Steps of intervention are starting from problem
identification, making the module, and the establishment of counselling training counsellors. Also be
}ldd to raise support from community leaders, health education as a means of socialization where
counsellors lt has 4 modules arranged and administered in strengthening the capacity of
counsellors to increase their knowledge and be able to do education and mentoring. The formation
