Penentuan Kecepatan Aliran Darah Aorta Torakalis Pasien Abdomen dengan Data Grafis Ultrasonografi Color Doppler di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda

Abstract

Blood stream velocities of aorta thoricalis of the Abdomen Patient were determined by using graphical data of color Doppler ultrasonography. The determination of the velocities was by using the polygon method, that was by reading graphical data resulted in the inspection of color Doppler ultrasonography on the patient's aorta thoracalis. Based on the graphics, it could be computed the average velocities of blood stream in the aorta thoracalis. The results were: first, the calculation of the average velocities of blood stream through aorta thoracalis of ten patients showed that the lowest velocity was on patient C (6.14 cm/s) or patient E (6.11 cm/s) and the hightest velocity was on patient D (36.26 cm/s). Second, the calculation of systolic velocity showed that the lowest velocity was on patient E (13.503 cm/s) and the highest velocity was on patient D (89.199 cm/s). Third, the calculation of diastolic velocity showed that the lowest velocity was on patient C (8.596 cm/s) or patient E (9.226 cm/s) and the highest velocity was on patient D (52.939 cm/s).
