Analisis Kelangsungan Hidup dan Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Gabus (Channa striata Bloch) yang Diberi Pakan Dengan Penambahan Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)
Abstract
The study were aimed to analyze the effect of the addition vitamin B1 (Thiamine) in
feed diet and to determine the optimum dose of vitamin B1 for survival rate and growth rate of the snakehead murrel fries (Channa striata Bloch). The design used in this study was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 and 3 replicated, there are : P1 = 0 mg/kg feed (without vitamin B1 addition), P2 = 0,6 mg/kg feed, P3 = 1,2 mg/kg feed, P4 = 1,8 mg/kg feed and P5 = 2,4 mg/kg feed. The data were analyzed using ANOVA with F test and proceed by the Duncan’s Multiple Range Test on 5% degree. Results of this research showed that the addition of vitamin B1 in feed diet effected towards growth, conversion and efficiency of feed dietary for snakehead murrel. Highest result of specific growth rate exist in treatment P4 (1,8 mg/kg feed) in the amount of 4,44 %/day, and the lowest found in treatment P1 (0 mg/kg feed) in the amount 3,18 %/day. Treatment which showed the highest result of feed efficiency is treatment P4 (1,8 mg/kg feed) in amount 122,90% and the lowest found in treatment P1 (0 mg/kg feed) in the amount 72,85%.
