Studi Tingkat Kematangan Gonad dan Faktor Kondisi Ikan Ruwai (Luciosoma setigerum) Di Perairan Sungai Tepum Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur Sebagai Dasar Domestikasi Ikan Spesifik Lokal

Abstract

The aimed of study length-weigh was to determine of the gonado maturity level, index of maturity, long and weigh relationship, condition factor and food habits of ruwai carp (Luciosoma setigerum) in the tepum river. This study was conducted 24 Agust 2015 until 3 February 2016 in the field, fish and geneticts laboratory, Environ mental of aquaculture laboratory and aqutic toxicology laboratory. Method used was a simple seucus samples namely all sample was taken at station 1 until 5. The result of this research showed that gonado maturity level was TKG IV dominances the female fish are 37 fish and male 25 fish and TKG II are dominances of male fish. Index of maturity female are 0,1-16% and male 0,5-17% base on length – weigh relationship, ruwai carp have allomatric growth and condition factor 0,72 to male fish and 0,76 of female fish. The analysis of food habits showed that the disestivetraet aredominan phytoplankton and zooplankton for kind of crustacean.
