This study was aimed to observed the effect and determine the best dosage of dietary combination of vitamin B5 and vitamin C to snakehead (Channa striata Bloch) survival and growth rate. Research was using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. Composition of the treatment is P1: 0 mg vitamin B5 and 0 mg vitamin C/kg feed (control), P2: 5 mg vitamin B5 and 15 mg vitamin C/ kg feed, P3: 10 mg vitamin B5 and 30 mg vitamin C/ kg feed, P4: 15 mg vitamin B5 and 45 mg vitamin C/ kg feed, P5: 20 mg vitamin B5 and 60 mg vitamin C/ kg feed. The results show that supplementation of vitamin B5 and vitamin C in feed can increase survival rate, weight and length growth rate (P<0,05). Survival rate in P2 (41,33±7,6%) was higher than the other treatments, but there was no significant difference with P1 and P5. P3 has weight growth rate (1,47±0,4 gram) higher than the others, but there was no significant difference with P4. Length growth rate (4,27±0,7 cm) was higher in P4 compared to other treatments, but there was no significant difference with P2, P3, and P5.en_US
