This experiment aimed to analyze the effect of different feed protein content feed to Nile Tilapia outside cages. Then, their metabolites waste served as nutrient to grow bioflock by adding palm brown sugar for balancing nutrient and energy. This microbial flock then served as natural feed to Climbing Perch inside cages. Independent t-test was used with six replication of each treatments so that was consisted of 12 experimental cages for Climbing Perch in two Tilapia’s pond that treated by 18 % N (P1) and 32% N (P2) pellets. Two tails analysis was applied and the result showed that a significant different (P>0,05) and survival rate of the two treatments (18% N and 32% N). However, There was no significant different to the grow rate. The best survival rate achieved was 80 % by P2. On the other hand, P1 grow rate tends higher than P2 where it’s lenght, weight, and daily growth rates were 0,86 cm, 0,28 g, 0,92 % respectively. In P1 treatment also showed higher abundance of biofloc was 16,4 ml/l. length-weight relationship of the two treatment were similar (negative allometric) and present condition factor relatively thin. Water quality characterictics of all treatment was good for fish life.en_US
