dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and work engagement (WE) toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with employment status as a moderating variable in intensive care nurses at “A” hospital in Samarinda. This research is explanatory. With the number of respondents 113 nurses who served in the ICU, ICCU, NICU, PICU, HCU and Stroke Center. Likert scale data analysis using SemPLS 3. Hypothesis results: (1) POS has a positive and significant effect on OCB with p value of 0,001 < α 0.05 (2) WE has a positive and significant effect on OCB with a value of p value 0,000 < α 0.05 (3) nurse with permanent employment status have not significant effect on OCB with p value of 0.771 > α 0.05 and nurse with contract employment status have not significant effect on OCB with p value of 0.783 > α 0.05 (4 ) the employment status of permanent nurses and contract nurses do not moderates the effect of POS on OCB with p values of 0.109 > α 0.05 and p values of 0.085 > α 0.05 (5) the employment status of permanent nurses moderates the effect of WE on OCB with p values 0, 044 < α 0.05 with negative direction and employment status of contract nurses moderates the effect of WE on OCB with p values 0.031 < α 0.05 with positive direction.en_US
