Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence significant of investment and government expenditure on the economic growth and labor absorption in East Kalimantan. This research used Two Stage Least Square (TSLS) analysis tool and processed using Program Statistical Program For Science (SPSS) version 21. The result of research show that investment has positive and insignificant influence on the economic growth in East Kalimantan, government expenditure has negative and significant influence on the economic growth in East Kalimantan, the economic growth has negative and significant influence on labor absorption in East Kalimantan.
