Synthesis of silver nanoparticles using ascorbic acid reductant has been carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the synthesis process of silver nanoparticles and to determine the stability of silver nanoparticles based on variations in AgNO3 concentration using ascorbic acid as a reducing agent. In this synthesis, it was carried out using various concentrations of AgNO3 and ascorbic acid reducing agents. The characterization used in this research is UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. The results of the UV-Vis spectrophotometer showed that the concentration of AgNO3 4×10-4 M with ascorbic acid 1×10-3 M was more stable than other AgNO3 concentrationsen_US
