Potret Aspek Pasar dan Pemasaran untuk BUMDes ‘Karya Mandiri’ (Desa Sepakat, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara)
Abstract
The enactment of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 6 of 2014 concerning the ‘Village’ gives a glimpse of hope in the village's sustainability in terms of the distribution of Village Funds, revitalization of Village development, implementation of Village administration, to the utilization of potential or local wisdom for the Village itself. Not only improvements in the MSME and cooperative sectors, but from the micro-level, all efforts needed to improve the economy through village empowerment. This PkM seeks to at the same time be part of a series of Village improvements through a photo shoot of carrying capacity (market and marketing dimensions) to review how much capacity the Sepakat Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency (East Kalimantan Province) can compete on the economic side. We applied the PkM method with concept actualization techniques, data analysis, and profiling for the readiness of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in predetermined objects. Ideally, the PkM stage also applies observations, but so far they have only carried the first stage out through online consultations during 2021. It should noted that the crisis because of Covid-19 does not allow for direct data collection in the field. The BUMDes road map requires an academic perspective to complete planning, so that the marketing, economic, financial, and business management aspects considered. We also hope that the Village apparatus and the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government as regulators can make policies that consider four sides, where there are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in this BUMDes pilot.
