This study aims to test and analyze the significance effect of organizational culture and leadership styles with organizational commitment towards employees’ satisfaction and performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Mahakam. Data collection was conducted by using questionnaire towards 95 samples, which then analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS) methods. The result shows that: 1) Organizational culture has negative insignificant effect towards employees’ satisfaction; 2) Leadership styles has positive significant effect towards employees’ satisfaction; 3) organizational commitment has positive significant effect towards employees’ satisfaction; 4) organizational culture has negative significant effect towards employees’ performance; 5) Leadership styles has positive significant effect towards employees’ performance; 6) organizational commitment has positive significant effect towards employees’ performance, and; 6) work satisfaction has positive significant effect towards employees’ performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Mahakam
