dc.description.abstractThis research is motivated by the use of good teaching materials and in accordance with predetermined criteria and can improve student achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the teaching materials used by the teacher and the suitability or feasibility of teaching materials for Basic Accounting for class X AKL at SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda. The type of research used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sources of data in this study were teachers of basic accounting subjects and basic accounting teaching materials, while the data collection techniques used interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results of this study are teaching materials used by teachers in supporting the learning process in the form of Basic Accounting Textbooks totaling two books, namely, Basic Accounting Textbooks C2 from Publisher: Mediatama from Author: Sari Dwi Astuti, obtaining the average results of the overall study of teaching materials with percentages of 92.4% and Basic Accounting Textbook C2 from Publisher: Erlangga and Author: Dwi Harti obtained an overall average result of the study of teaching materials with a percentage of 86.6%, from both textbooks having the "Very Eligible" eligibility criteria.en_US
