PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN DAN GAYA HIDUP TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF MAHASISWA PADA PRODI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UNIVERSITAS MULAWARMAN

Abstract

Researchers want to research about financial knowledge in students of the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP Mulawarman University Class of 2018-2019 because they already know about financial planning, savings and loans, insurance, and investment after getting financial management courses. Financial problems arise because of poor financial management, wasteful lifestyles and consumption patterns. The purpose of this study was to see if there was a relationship between financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students in the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP Mulawarman University, Class of 2018-2019. This study uses quantitative methods with the research population being students of Economics Education at Mulawarman University Class of 2018-2019. The study collected data by distributing questionnaires with Likert scale measurements and interviews with students of Economics Education at Mulawarman University Class of 2018-2019. The results of this study are (1) financial literacy has a significant influence on consumptive behavior in students of Economic Education at Mulawarman University. (2) Lifestyle has a significant influence on consumptive behavior in students of Economics Education at Mulawarman University. (3) The influence of financial literacy and a stimulant lifestyle has an influence on consumptive behavior in Economic Education Students at Mulawarman University
