PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TIMUR TAHUN 2001-2020

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of local revenue (PAD) on economic growth in East Kalimantan Province for the period 2001-2020. The data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Kalimantan Province. The analysis used in this research is simple regression analysis. Based on the analysis, the value of sig 0.000 <0.05 and the value of tcount = 7.587 > ttable = 2.101 indicates that there is a partial and significant effect of regional original income on economic growth. The increase in PAD is needed by maximizing the available resources, in order to be able to finance all activities of creating regional infrastructure or facilities through the allocation of capital expenditures in the APBD.
